Carolina Garza-Gongora, a Mexican American with roots in

Texas, is driven by a visionary belief that every business should have a trusted advisor by their side.  As an entrepreneur herself, she is able to understand  clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals. This enables her to develop legal strategies that not only address client’s immediate concerns but also align with their long-term business objectives. Beyond providing legal guidance, her approach to serving clients includes accessing valuable opportunities for collaboration and growth.

As one of the first and few attorneys established in cannabis she also heads a cannabis consulting firm where she works to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and essential resources for success and assists clients with state licensure and expansion strategies. 


Through her work, she aims to empower founders who are building impactful businesses for societal benefit. She is particularly dedicated to advancing minority ownership and representation across diverse and emerging industries and cultivating opportunities for entrepreneurial success.

Jason Lee Garcia

Jason Lee Garcia, a Chicago native of Filipino and

Salvadoran descent, represents the spirit of advocacy and entrepreneurship.. With a BA in Justice Studies and master level studies in business administration, Jason’s professional experience before practicing law spans teaching and youth development to public procurement and DEI initiatives. Jason's multifaceted experience informs his deep-seated commitment to advocacy and  justice in every interaction and transaction. 

 

 

A staunch advocate for the access to justice, Jason leads

the firm’s “Know Your Rights, Know Your Worth” initiative focused on community engagement and legal education for the people.  Jason actively engages in the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois and serves as chair of the United Latino Cannabis Industry Alliance.
