Founded in 2021, CGG Law Partners emerged from a shared entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to justice within the legal community. Jason Lee Garcia and Carolina Garza-Gongora, the founding partners, first connected as solo practitioners while advocating for social equity in the Adult-Use Cannabis market in Illinois.
After witnessing systemic injustices, especially against social equity applicants, they were determined to create a law firm that would not only serve its clients with integrity but also challenge and change the industry’s standards. CGG Law Partners was established as a full-service, Latino-led law firm that prioritizes client empowerment, transparency, and access to justice.
